succeed in business today, you need to be flexible and have good planning and
organizational skills. Doesn’t mean people with most money have more change to
star business then people that doesn’t have lots money. Many people think you
need money to star your own business but I found it wrong, because most of the
richest businessmen in the world start their own businesses with nothing and
they finally got succeeded afterward. So
believing yourself and having good plan will get you succeeded in your
business.
To
be successful in business you need to be organized first, which can help you complete
your tasks and by staying on top on your business. Most people think as long
you have money you can star your own business and star making money but I think that’s wrong,
no matter how wealthy you are as long you’re not organize or have good business
plans doesn’t get you anywhere because at the end of the I think you’ll need
help to star your own business. A good way to star your own business is to make
a check list each day as you complete any items. When it comes to open a
business, the very first thing to do is offer what people want the most, not
what you want to sell to them. Some people find it a hard way by selling
products on wrong places or environment because most people that live in that
environment doesn’t buy your products. Always make sure when you want to open
your business that most of population buy those product that you make. That’s
why it’s always important to understand that different environments have
different culture and needs because sometimes people mistakenly open a business
certain area that most people doesn’t by their products and they’ll star being
failure like right after they open their business. Also customer feedback is
important to know where your business is always stands at and also sometimes
customer feedback tells you how good or bad the company is doing. Always be
looking for ways to improve your business and to make it stand out from the
competition. By giving discount to your costumers and keeping the prices low
and I think that will make a big difference also that could bring you lots
costumers.
Even
if you don't get a business coach at first to help you and guide you in your
planning and operation, get someone who is objective and outside of your
business you can rely on for nitty gritty business advice and to hold you
accountable to getting results. Sometimes in business we think always we know
all the answers and are the only people who can really get things done. I think
that’s wrong because when it comes to business, no matter how much money or
progress you’re making in your business, I think at the end the day we all need
someone that can help us to keep us on right track. An outsider can also make
sure you are always getting the numbers you need both on the top line and the
bottom line to survive yourself and employees. Most people lost their
businesses because they couldn’t find a way to make good strategies when their business
goes down. That’s why it’s very important as a businessman, you should always
hire professional employees that have high standard and that can find solution
and solve problems for a short period. My uncle is a business man and I
remember him telling me that “employees that can’t make great solution or
solving problem can lead your business down, because they don’t know what it
takes to get the job done.”
Diversity
is important in workplace because it brings different background, experience,
and knowledge. A diverse workplace has more understanding then other businesses
because most of those employees have different cultures, solution and idea, so
that way it will be easier to solve problems or creating better solutions. Keep
your employees happy by giving them awards or feeding them sometimes, I think
that really shows that you really care about them and I also think that going
led the employees to even care more the company. Having a great customer
service it’s very important that will allow customers to keep coming back and
this will let you know that you have good employees that really take-care their
consumers all the time. If you are in the business of trust, you have to make
sure that you have a clear policy on your website. Give it prominent placement
and make the font the same size as the rest of your website. Having policies in
your business it’s good when it comes to defend your business, also is good for
costumer returns in that way they can understand your business policies before
they even buy the product.
“Mistakes are learning experiences. If you are
going to fail, fail fast, and fail cheap (Nicole Willson).” Don’t listen to
those who say you can’t do it because I think most of time when businesses are
going down some business owner begin to give up just because their couldn’t
make money or when business is going real slow and some of them will star
listen to those people that are telling, that they can’t do it and finally
they’ll quit on their business. Remember just because there is ninety-nine
percent of business movement by listening other, that doesn't mean you have to
listen to all them. If you want to be a successful business owner you must
think like the one percent. You must want to make the money, and to make it in
your industry. You must want to sell your goods and services for a profit. Just
don’t forget those who helped you get where you are. Those are the most
important people you have, don’t forget to respect them.
